align them with international initiatives. This Portuguese-language site features news releases, an electronic HIV/AIDS library, and an index of Brazilian NGOs.
A local generic drug company which supplies 40% of the antiretrovirals used in the country's HIV/AIDS treatment program. Its generic
zidovine, didanosine, lamivudine, zidovudine+lamivudine, and zalcitabine have been approved in bioequivalence tests. Generic indinavir and nevirapine are in the pipeline.
