The Acute Infection and Early Disease Research Program (AIEDRP)
AIEDRP conducts research into early HIV infection and how early treatment may or may not affect disease progression later. AIEDRP is a multisite study funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
UCSF OPTIONS Project
The OPTIONS Project is a San Francisco-based research study sponsored by UCSF. The goal of the OPTIONS Project is to learn as much as possible about early HIV infection and how transmission of HIV occurs.
