Darunavir: Traditional approval In January, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted traditional approval for the use of the integrase inhibitor raltegravir in treatment-experienced adults. It had been granted accelerated approval in 2007. As with other antiretroviral agents, it must be used in combination ARV regimens.
