a. A documented negative syphilis titer in the past 12 months

a. Ceftriaxone 250mg IM x 1
b. Ceftriaxone 250 mg IM x 2 and Azithromycin 1 g PO once
c. Cefixime 400 mg PO once and Azithromycin 1 g PO on
d. Azithromycin 2 g PO once
