		Center for AIDS Prevention Studies (CAPS) Technology and Information Exchange program makes HIV prevention science available to service providers, policy makers, and the public. Web site features model programs and curricula, prevention tools, and publications.

		Family Health International: HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Services (FHI) Conducts research on HIV/AIDS prevention worldwide in collaboration with U.S. and in-country investigators and assists public and private organizations in carrying out effective HIV/AIDS prevention and care interventions.

	AIDSQuest: HIV/AIDS Survey Library A collection of HIV/AIDS-related survey instruments from a number of local and international organizations, AIDSQuest is a resource for researchers and others developing HIV/AIDS data collection tools.

		HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau: Office of Policy and Program Development Provides policy and program development support to all CARE Act programs through the policy and legislative branches, including implementation of CARE Act Amendments and strategic planning.

International HIV/AIDS Alliance
A nongovernmental organization supporting community action on HIV/AIDS in developing countries.


	HIV/AIDS NGO/CBO Support Toolkit Brings together resources for people who are establishing, managing, or studying HIV/AIDS NGO/CBO support programs.

		National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD) Develops and implements programs in collaboration with CDC that are focused on technical assistance and program development for effective HIV prevention programs and planning.

		National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) U.S. organization dedicated to developing leadership within communities of color to address the challenges of HIV/AIDS. Offers technical assistance on program development and evaluation.

		Synergy Project APDIME Toolkit Developed to help public health specialists and program managers improve the assessment, planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support projects and interventions in the developing world.

		U.S. Conference of Mayors: HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (UCSM) USCM-CDC collaborative program consists of three primary components in the form of the Prevention Grants Program, Prevention Publications, and Technical Assistance.
